I think your issue may actually be that you're not extending enough.
When you start the top turn your chest is bent forward and your front arm is blocking your twist.
Try bringing your elbow up and putting it in your back pocket and you should be able to straighten your back to look back at the foam.

I'd suggest the thing you need to work on most next is your twist at the top of the wave.
You've completed the top turn, but you're still looking down the line instead of back at the foam.
As Clay says, lift your front arm and put your elbow in your back pocket.
