I know of a couple of people in Florida, around Jacksonville, and there used to be a couple of people in the New Jersey area who used to post but I don’t remember any other places specifically.

Point your 🍆where you want to go - that should help with being more front on through your rotations 😁

Also, Michiel van Gerven says to turn your upper body more than you feel like you need to (instead of opening your shoulders up to 180 degrees, open to 270 degrees)

Yeah, it kind of looks like your posture and stance are preventing you from twisting - and we all know that if your twist is broken you will lean instead!
