Graham - I completely understand how you feel! I live in Florida and our surf is so inconsistent, plus I travel for work for 4 months straight and have been through injuries, which takes me back to the beginning.

I love this approach!  I spend 90% of my time coaching athletes (volleyball) to relax and use the rotation of their body, not the tight contractions of their arm, to generate speed.  You rock, Clayton Nienaber !!
