This has happened before, it's a glitch in OMBE's settings.

Clayton Nienaber Whilst I (and, I'm sure, others) liked the Live chats, I think the in-app reviews are a great idea, because it lets you do them whenever you've got a few minutes free, rather than on a set schedule.

Get a surf skate (the Carver Triton range are reasonably priced and have the CX trucks which Clayton recommends) and practice in a bowl.

That way you don't have to worry about catching waves etc, you can just get used to lifting your elbows and twisting to look where you want to go 👍

That looks pretty good, you're nice and relaxed and using a fair bit of the wave.

I'd suggest looking at Clayton's "Four lines" videos and start bringing your arms up to help you go more top to bottom.

Kerry Lynn Robbert Another suggestion: Try moving your hands further back so instead of pushing up with them eg under your shoulders, they're down towards the bottom of your rib cage which may help you get more height.

What works for me is that, as I push up on my front leg's knee, I stretch the back leg horizontally straight out behind me which helps me raise my hips.Then I drive the back knee forwards as if I'm trying to hit the centre of my chest before bringing my front foot into place and completing the walk up.
