Note: If you're a long term lifetime member, Jeremy Dean is working on a fix that should be in place over the weekend.

I've just found that I can switch off Dark Mode on my phone, however I can't find a setting for it when using Firefox on my Desktop PC.

Is it possible to get an alternative Display Skin for these Forums?

I find white text on a black background rather difficult to read and it would be much easier if there was an option to switch to black text/ white background.

Thanks.

Watch what they're doing and look at where the wave is drawing up, they might be finding the right spot (Bus Stop) which is what is actually helping them catch the wave and they may be wasting energy with the stress paddling, but they don't know differently 😀

The two most important things I've found are:1) Stacking on the front footYou should be in a comfortable Neutral Stance position where your bones, rather than your muscles are supporting you, so you feel like you could there stand all day without your legs getting tired. You want your hips forward and your elbows up to keep your back straight, your head up and shoulders back.2) The Coffee CupTo start with, keep it in front of you, then practice putting it down on the front of the ball, then lift it up like you're trying to put it on a high shelf. This will get you used to compressing and extending on your front leg. When you want to turn, imagine pouring the coffee out in the direction you want to go, but twist from the bottom up, ie your ankles, knees and hips rotate in sequence, then the shoulders and arms follow.Slow things down and it will get smoother.

Try dropping your hips when you get your front foot in place which should help you keep your head up and shoulders back.

Try front crawl, but keep your head up and out of the water.

That forces you to arch your back and paddle more with your lats.

Similarly, doing the Superman position on the floor keeping your legs and feet together off the ground is good too.

Also get a set of bungee arm trainers like Power Strokers or Mavrex and a bar to do pull ups will help 👍

Anthony Laye I agree with the comment that it would be very helpful to show a list of the order people's videos will be presented in at the start of the Live chats.I'd suggest that it would be good to reshow it after eg every 4th video (or some such) for people who might have joined later with those that have already been discussed crossed out so someone can see if they've missed theirs already. it also occurs to me that it would be fairer for those who have only just started uploading videos to be prioritised over those of us who participate regularly because they would benefit most from a longer discussion of their surfing/ skating.
