Most of the time round here, we don't get the choice apart from "take it or leave it"!I've been out in 3-4' a couple of times which, when you're used to only getting 1-2' at most, is a big step up... 😮

As you step your front foot through, your hips go up and your head looks down.Try reversing it, like in the Drills, start from standing, step your front foot back, then your rear foot etc and concentrate on keeping your head up and feeling what each stage does with your body.

Then do it forwards again.

That video I just posted about my left turns was probably about Force 4, possibly gusting to Force 5 and you can see the conditions weren't great ☹️
