Back hand seems to just be lagging behind. Might get one not terrible bottom turn (all relative) but then struggling. Open to hearing suggestions here. Have a couple more days at the wave pool.

Feeling good on the compression and extension frontside. However, when I go to do a cutback, rail bogs (spelling?). It's happening pretty frequently. Any thoughts here?

Graham Marsden that theoretically makes sense to me. But when front side, you project up to it which adds momentum, ya? Don't fully get how I'm adding momentum doing that? (also feel like I am overthinking things)

Need to work on my feet at takeoff. They are flailing around all over the place (video linked). With the OB method, are just to my knees on the board? and the idea is to have the weight focused towards as back on the board as poss?

Also - while we are at it, my right/back knee is too outwards, ya?

Struggling to understand what makes me go up the wave. Frontside, I understand the lean and then the projection. Backside, don’t get it.

Having a lot of trouble with my backside bottom turn. I have no idea how to get myself up the wave. Is there a particular video or concept that has helped you guys? Frontside, the lean and projection makes sense to me.
