Good to see you up and riding 👍

I'd say that the first thing you need to work on is your stance as you're very side-on, with your left hand and left foot forward.

This means your knees are pointing in different directions and you bend from the waist.

I'd suggest getting on a surf skate or bosu ball and practice your Neutral Stance with both knees pointing forward, back straight and coffee cup pushed forward so you can compress and extend with the knees.

That should help your balance and give you better control 👍

Roxy Susanne Gunther  Try complimenting them on their surfing and say how well they're doing and how many waves they're getting. Then casually say something like "I wish I could do as well, but I just don't seem to be getting the waves because it's so busy. Do you have any advice...?" Subtle, but sneaky... 😁

Hadyn Wood  They are working OK in the OMBE training app on my Android phone and Windows PC in Firefox, so if they're still not coming up on Mac, it may be platform dependent.Have you tried logging out and back in?

There is supposed to be another one before the end of the month, but it's not been scheduled yet.

When it it, it'll appear under Browse/ Feedback on your surfing.

In the meantime, there's a pinned post from Jeremy Dean with the link to upload your video.

NB videos are dealt with in order of uploading at the moment.

That link says it's not available, have you shared it with everyone or only privately?

Looking good 👍

A couple of suggestions:

1) When putting the coffee cup down, remember that the movement is in the legs.

Compress your knees, rather than bending forward, as that will keep your back straight.

2) Your shoulders look rather tense, try to relax them, but lift your elbows.

Also, especially when you twist to the left, get used to bringing your front arm up and putting your elbow in your back pocket which will help your turns.
