In order to be even more open to the wave on your back hand, you could try pointing your boobs where you want to go - that will bring your hips right around
If your stance is a little too wide, it might be hard to properly bring the back knee to ‘kiss’ the front knee. Sometimes it can just mean bringing your feet together by just an inch (it’s surprising how much of a difference that can make!). That can also help with the back bending (which is basically a response to feeling unsafe - it’s usually coupled with low hands!)
