Eng The stacking should ideally be head over your front knee and foot. You don't want yo be looking down but, if you did, your front knee would be hiding your front foot. You should then be able to move your back foot back and forward without losing your balance.

I think you did really well getting past those sections before it closed out. Try to keep that back hand forward (your right hand) as if you're holding a Coffee Cup, at chest or shoulder height, and don't spill the coffee 🤙
