Clayton Nienaber is it from shaping? Constantly having your hand closed around something?

I would love to go back to Bali some day so a retreat there would be absolutely amazing. Also, I fancy Sri Lanka which is more local than the usual places (for us Europeans!). I know that Clayton Nienaber doesn’t do cold water!
