Hi Libby. Great efforts! Last two were better and you walk up fast but seem to hold on. Wide paddling maybe try closer to keep it easier closer to your body to glide in.

Doing better in my walk up on land moving left foot forward more to stabilize goofy. The fact that you gathered us together to just keep working on, it is great. Does anybody feel like all the experience that were trying to do then you get to the water just doesn’t go that way?

Libby Stano. Hi. Roxy here. Would be great to meet up in person and surf lol. We are all doing so great! The fact that we’re out there and just doing it every single time learning and experiencing and living life all equals play as Clayton says. Looking forward to June 2 and I love that were a very expressive group heading out this afternoon hopefully for a surf how often do you get out?

Oh. And big win. Last year I moved to Oceanside didn’t know anybody didn’t know where to serve. I now feel super comfortable on where to go what I’m looking for what feels right for me and my new community. I’d say that’s a pretty big win.

Weekend review. All intentions were there. Oreo walk up glide
However bits and pieces occured.
2days. Wins: meditation before really helped my anxiety. Wearing heart rate tells me to chill. Breating ready to take wave say MAYBE and that worked. Position was critical this weekend. Today better than yesterday. Lowest hrate. 79. Highest stresd 142. That was after turtle roll. Ate it a few times BUTtook the chance for steeper waves.
Today rolly pollies my fav no stress fun playful waves.
All coaching from OMBE is in my head so that is a great foundation for muscle memory!
Fits my nursy brain
