What an amazing surf last night. Sure the waves were messy sure it was closeout city and whitewater heaven. Yes becauseโ€ฆ
Paddling out to the line up. Realized based on my skill level and the ocean my HR 165. Whoa. My normal resting rate is 60. So a bit high lol. Reassess and paddle in to the inside. Ever get that feeling of oh well lets just play. Thatโ€™s exactly what I did and the ocean let me practice my Oreos my walk-ups and I just splashed and had a great time. HR 92 while playing, falling with Sunset with Marine layer at Oceanside Harbor was very nice. Everyone noticed my smile as I walked out.
