What stands out to me is that you are catching the wave nicely and then gliding along but you are waiting to het up until you are in the trough of the wave. That's probably the hardest place to do it. Try getting to your feet a bit earlier.
Not quite sure what kind of board you're on but it seems quite pointy. The wave doesn't look very powerful so a slightly bigger board might also help you here.
As to Bali, what are your goals ? I can ask a friend of mine who's been quite recently for tips if you like.

Libby Stano Locations that come to mind but are rather obvious are Canggu and Kuta. Friendly waves, but obviously also touristy. Not sure about pollution levels.
