Graham Marsden Nope! That reply still has the line breaks!Wierd 🙁But this reply also had line breaks and they've gone again!!!

Addendum: The post I just made about the lack of line breaks had line breaks in, however they've disappeared!

I wonder if the ones in this reply will vanish too?

Another thing I've found that is annoying with this new software is that some replies allow you to include line breaks to improve readability, but other responses have them stripped out, so it's just a solid block of text. This can make advice harder to understand when you're trying to help someone.

It's the front foot that's important, as long as you're stacked over that, you should be fine. The usual advice from Clayton is "Don't worry about the back foot, let it go wherever it feels it should be" and if you don't have enough flexibility to keep it flat, then let the heel lift. If you look at the OMBE breakdowns of some of the pro surfers, you'll often see their back foot moving around, and be on the ball or flat, depending on which manoeuvre they're doing.

Libby Stano It seemed OK when it was just a person posting a video or a comment and getting a few replies, but now Maria Molè started the Study Group we're really starting to see the shortcomings of the software ☹️

If we're going to be able to engage with the OMBE programme properly, we really need a proper Forum system because, unfortunately, this set up doesn't seem to be able to handle it.

Roxy Susanne Gunther The notifications bell doesn't show new messages, though, and sometimes replies don't seem to appear either ☹️

Maria Molè I'm aware that the Insiders group is separate, but replies are getting buried because of the lack of threading and the bizarre order in which they appear.

Libby Stano I know what you mean about the difference between the desktop and phone app.

I thought first of all that I had just not seen the posts, but I went back and deliberately searched for phrases on my PC and they simply didn't appear ☹️

All you need is a little compress and extend with the knees, however if you have a look at my Clay's jump in the Beginners Pathway Neutral Stance drill at https://train.ombe.co/programs/beginner-pathway?cid=2838970&permalink=neutral-stance-the-foundation-for-every-movement-hand-eye-coordination-session-3-beg-pathand also my Bosu ball post (under the Session 3 intro post), note that it starts from being in your surfing stance (ie feet at 45 degres to the line on the ball), so it makes it easier to kiss the knees first and then land already in the correct stance.

If you're comfortable with your stance, why worry?Just concentrate on getting front on and stacked on your leading leg 👍
