Eng The stacking should ideally be head over your front knee and foot. You don't want yo be looking down but, if you did, your front knee would be hiding your front foot. You should then be able to move your back foot back and forward without losing your balance.

Ignore the blue lines. This is the stance you're aiming for. Feet at 45 degrees, knees soft and slightly bent. Face, chest, hips and knees facing forward, back hand forward (for balance) and holding a beer or coffee cup. Left hand can be relaxed by your left side until you start doing more complex turns and manoeuvres. You're doing very well as a beginner 🤙
