It’s very difficult to say what it could be without seeing it. Can you show us some film of it?

It doesn’t have to be in the water - try your pop up on land, film it and post it here for us to see (although it would be better to post in the community app as you would get more responses). You’d be surprised what you can see on film

Are the Mavrex still available?

I think swimming is recommended for paddle fitness - but you should be working your lats more, I think, as that’s where your power is coming from

You could check out surf strength coach. He has an app and programs specifically designed for the questions you are asking

The last zoom said that there will be one end of September or possibly beginning of October depending on availability of the guys

The Oreo only works if you are in the right place on the wave, i.e. the bus stop. If you are out on the shoulder then you will need to get your head down and paddle
