Hi Dean

The Equipment is last on the priority list in terms of coaching. We also need to minimise too many changes. By bringing your own board that you are used to you can’t blame the board.

Most surfers at that level of commitment should have their own board. Yes it is a hassle bringing your own board but it is worse if the waves are good and you don’t get a “great” rental match.

The retreat has so much to offer and look forward to surfing with you!

Made sense to me at the time. In reality when you do squeeze the Oreo is just breaks but the name is sticky

I exclusively ride epoxy and can’t go back to PU. The benefit to pu is repairs and maintenance is way easier. Epoxy can be a pain in the arse when things go wrong.

Not too much notice difference in wave catching if you are in a lower level. It’s more about the shape

I’ll be going to Nicaragua in April for 3 weeks doing surf retreats at Malibu Popoyo. Could be a fun trip to get the gang together
