Fundamentally it’s sound. They not be so judgemental and play with the energy inside the wave. Tune is and force less

It’s like riding a bicycle. Keep your hands up but quiet. Yours move to much because your head moves too much. Keep your head still. Compress and extend from your knees keeping your head still. You do it from your hips moving your head too much and countering with your arms. Less is more.
