The OMBE bowl in Nicaragua is ready. I’ll be heading over there next week to host x 3 retreats. So excited for this one!!

Ombe are doing a breath enhancement course with these guys. They are the people who helped coach Mick Fanning to a world title. It’s on the 14th Feb on the Gold Coast. Only 5 more spots available
