See how my head is in line with the lip where as yours if high above the lip

Yep it’s because you are on top of the board and trying to pivot of the tail. Standing on the board will feel like centralpetal force it pulling you out of the turn. If you were more on tailor your head lower towards the middle of the wave you would be pulled into the turn.

You a deep into compression/contraction. This makes you heavy and keeps you low on the wave. There is more potential at the top of the wave. Extension/expansion will get you there. Do the opposite and you will achieve a new line

It’s where you look. Vertical is up but you look a the safe option of 10 o clock. It’s intrinsic to be safe. Try hold the turns longer and it gets slowly easier

It looks good already. On the top turns a straight back would deliver more power through the turns as well as more lift up the waves. It’s also creates more space to see and feel more

Nice closing turn. If you waited for the wave to stand up rather than racing towards the shoulder you could have got more potential to work with on the wave

It’s a great frame to move from. Puts you on front foot ( accelerator) and helps with balance and posture.

Work on the extension to go up it opens up time , space and more wave potential to use speed.
