I’ve been out of the loop for a year. I’ve had to ride a SUP for a year while my neck healed up. I’m back on my surfboard and I’m trying to get back into ombe learning. I just discovered this new community section. Thank you

Clayton Nienaber can you do a focus breakdown lol on how not to look down. When in the heat if the moment changing muscle memory to look where you want to go but so many other factors get in the way. Appreciate a YouTube on this. Ty

Hi. Hope everyone is doing well. My hours of work has changed so now get to surf 3 days during the week and of course weekends.
