Alright, looks like I should go with mid 7' or 6'8, if I'm able to surf horizontal well then only progress to shortboard in future...

Graham Marsden thanks i will get a bosu ball next to feel it myself... What's the size to get 50cm or 60cm?

It's a left point break in Malaysia Cherating, I decided to try my local break & found out it is more than good for me to surf.

Thanks for pointing out how my stacking can be further improved, this is conflicting with my local coach advice, they keep saying to stay lower so I'm more balance & stable, I wonder I should straighter or lower?

The elbow needs to be at waist or chest level?

Yeah I look at some of the Bosu Ball training but I didn't have a Bosu Ball to practice it yet. if I have surf skate do I still need to practice Bosu Ball?

Thanks for the advice which I don't get from my local coach, definitely working on catching myself, there's a lot of knowledge required like positioning & timing & staying relax which I still figuring out...

Graham Marsden thanks, take note on that, I'll remind my self to compress quarterly only on my next session....

Emily Brooks Thanks for chipping in...

Emily Brooks today when I'm wiping my skates, i noticed my kingpin washer is loose which explains the wobbly u noticed previously, missed out to check the kingpin nut...

will practice weekly or every 2 weeks... need to scout for a suitable long ramp for the pumping...

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll work on my timing and aim to be more fluid and effortless.

Is the ultimate goal in ramp surf skating to compress and extend as high as possible, and to perform turns at the highest point?
