Super helpful. The footage of JJF demonstrates the figure 8 so well. I’ve been watching it slowed down to 0.25 on an iPad. I also really like the crisp GoPro footage that demonstrates the points being explained. Great editing.

This is super helpful, particularly the way the surf footage reflects the commentary. I really like the relatively short length of each video which makes it easy to take in the point being described.
