What an amazing surf last night. Sure the waves were messy sure it was closeout city and whitewater heaven. Yes because…
Paddling out to the line up. Realized based on my skill level and the ocean my HR 165. Whoa. My normal resting rate is 60. So a bit high lol. Reassess and paddle in to the inside. Ever get that feeling of oh well lets just play. That’s exactly what I did and the ocean let me practice my Oreos my walk-ups and I just splashed and had a great time. HR 92 while playing, falling with Sunset with Marine layer at Oceanside Harbor was very nice. Everyone noticed my smile as I walked out.

Oh. And big win. Last year I moved to Oceanside didn’t know anybody didn’t know where to serve. I now feel super comfortable on where to go what I’m looking for what feels right for me and my new community. I’d say that’s a pretty big win.
