BAIL OR GO?

There are times, you find yourself in a situation where you either have to bail on the wave or just go. Some chose bail. Some didn't have a choice of what they were going to do. So glad I chose GO!! Such a fun wave. Unfortunately, camera cuts off at that point at the surf break to the right and you can't see the rest of the ride.

I think it's clear by my dancing bouncy hearts where I am 😍

Just wanted to share my ride...

Graham Marsden I don’t think that’s a pre requisite!! Some amazing surfers out there that cannot teach. Coaching is a different skill set.

Where are you surfing? Looks like you went somewhere less crowded.

Coryn Daniel This is true!! LMFAO!! I love the conversations surfers have regarding costs and mitigating them. Brilliant! 😀

Hi Justin!! 👋 Funny you should ask. I noticed that during my video land drills, when my walk ups felt perfect, I was using my fingertips. It was like an aha moment! I was scratching my head wondering why sometimes it felt near perfect and sometimes like a hot mess. Using my fingertips gives me extra clearance for my legs to get through and also alleviates my wrist pain from working on these day after day after day for months at a time.

I actually don’t think I use my fingertips while surfing though. I think I seem to use them only on land. I’ll have to check some video footage of me surfing
