A wise horseman has been known to say 'Practice does not make perfect' - 'Only perfect practice make perfect'.
This is a video of me practicing at improving my practice.
The movements are uneditted. I am aware that I am not always looking where I am going because today I am
finding my right leg does not want to track through/forward straight. It is wanting to externally rotate which
pushes my knee out to the side. There could well be a couple of reasons for this. I've just been for a surf and
I am tired or I may need to release some tension in my glutes or somewhere else in my body (l mean that
literally - there could be tightness anywhere - in my foot, calf, thigh, mid back etc). I also lift my back leg once
I am standing, trying to teach myself to adjust my weight forward once up. I am a body nerd. I like to break
movements right down and practice them incrementally. Interesting for me, boring for everyone else.
I don't know if these show enough of the forward momentum you were talking about Maria, let me know and
I can post the images you have seen.

Interesting Graham, he does of course want you to buy something from his own shop.  I didn't hear him mention the coffee cup. But I agree with you. 

Interesting about the CX trucks. I contacted Carver asking them why the CX trucks were dearer ($). What was the difference. They sent me an email back but I can't find it now unfortunately, but I definitely remember them recommending the CX trucks. I went to my local skate shop the get my pads and they tried to steer me toward the C7 trucks, it may have even be the C5. It confused me. But you have cleared that up for me, so thanks.

Maria MolèMaria are they what the mountain bike riders wear. Also haven't heard back from Jeremy. You are right there is definitely something wrong with the account. I went to watch May Feedback and was asked to pay for it. So thanks for the heads up.

Thanks Hadyn got my pads the following day. Very bulky. Need a helmet. Was also thinking about wearing an old wet suit as a skin saver.

So it’s a shallow short paddle don’t stretch out in front too far I was a swimmer so we would curve the hand in an S shape down the front of our bodies does that still apply or is it straight back Thanks for the advice G - Lib
