Sorry for the late submission of my week 2 video of my superman. Note I forgot to compress on the shortboard step up, but
I really need some more clarity on what the back foot is supposed to be doing. Maria, you were instructed to keep your rear foot
flat (I think?) at some point in your video, in Ant's demo the heel of his rear foot lifts off the floor when he compresses. So have to play
some more with C&E.

I think it has become more confusing since the Live Feedback session. More people are posting which is fantastic, I'm so glad Clayton made reference to the group, but I am finding it more difficult to follow things

So Graham When I left my last message I went back to what my phone said was insiders I scrolled down and there were loads of video’s I hadn’t seen Some said it was posted 3 months ago So I have no idea

Yes Graham I seem to find posts on my phone that aren’t on my desktop? It takes forever to find someone’s post if I am going back for a second look at a video or something they have suggested to me. I only found this because I went to the community site not the insiders site

Please ignore the landing, this video is about launching myself up off the ground using as little
hip movement as possible. Which feels impossible! :)

Hi Luke, I am a beginner and I was wondering that myself. I tend to bend from my hips rather than my knees and when I try to squat in an upright position, weight on my left leg - Yyyyouuch! My right leg seems much more competent/trustworthy than my left. All the best and welcome

Thats a board for two

Maria MolèClosest is Manly Beach (South Steyne) Don't go there often. It is really long,  the middle is called North Steyne I go there quite a bit,  the most northern end is Queenscliff. The Manly end faces Northeast, Queenscliff a bit more south east. Next is Freshwater facing south then Curl Curl, also south facing.

As a teenager, thought I was going to drown at Curl Curl once. I have had the heebee jeebees ever since. I have to get used to it because it offers the longest wave ride.

I hate the cold but love the winter surf here, the wind is offshore and the water is crystal clear. Manly is beautifully protected from the south and west. I used to take the kids there as toddlers. They could run round in next to nothing,  you could almost believe is was summer.

What did you think of Clayton's message? Maybe we are all too pedantic and true we aren't all going to fit the same mould or Clayton's mould.
