John Kuras As you go through the turn you don't extend, you stay compressed.

As you approach the next upslope, you're bending from the waist and looking down which is compromising your position.

I pretty much echo what others have said.

Lift the elbows to straighten the back and you should find it easier to point and twist.

Also maybe the other end of the bowl might be better?

Your body looks very tense and hunched over.Try lifting the elbows and straightening your back and you should find it easier to move.

Of those, I like top left the most as it's clear and readable, but may I suggest something like this with a surfboard shape:

When you're taking off, your legs are wide and your hands are forward and to the sides.

Try to keep your legs straight and your feet together which will help you arch your back, also bring your hands in so they're under your lower ribs which makes it easier to push your shoulders up and back.

PS the last bit of your post is exactly what I suggested in my other reply 🙂 when you angle across the wave you do much better 👍

Interesting stuff! When you're talking about kids being scared to go out into the world, one factor you didn't touch on is that nobody likes getting laughed at when they make a mistake, so this creates a barrier to them trying something new.Fortunately OMBE has the "Pay it forward" attitude which encourages people to offer advice and assistance, instead of mockery 👍PS Please can you increase the gain (sensitivity) of the microphones for future chats? I had to turn the speakers on my PC right up to the point of distortion to be able to hear you both clearly 🙁

Nice!

I think you could maybe have gone a little more top to bottom on the first top turn and held it a bit more before rebounding off the foam, but I'd have been very happy if I'd managed half as good as that 👍

I agree with Michiel, keep the coffee cup arm (back arm) up and forward, then pass the coffee to where you want to go.

Looking pretty smooth 👍

Seems to be working fine now 👍

Yep, I'm having the same problem.

This has happened before, it's a glitch in OMBE's settings.

I don't know if Cath Gito is the best person to contact, but if not, hopefully she'll pass the message on.
