Definitely slower and smoother

Notice you never fully straighten up even on the extensions which means you hold tension. On a swing you would straighten for longer as it’s lighter. Try it out

Flow is there but you are running away from the energy. More up and relax and drop down redoing a take off. Slow down and you will go faster

You extend too early. Trying to rush up from the flats. As the board rolls up create space for it and swing with it.

You rush the up down. There will be an up period then a pause as energy changes and gravity shifts pulling you down. You probably don’t feel this as you rush to timing is out.

Slow is all down feel it and move with it
