As you may have noticed, I post a lot on here. I've watched all the videos multiple times, I can look at other people's clips and see what they're doing and how they might improve things.
Then I see a video of myself and, despite knowing all this stuff, it looks rubbish ☹️
Here's one from last week, (ignore the crap walk up, I was getting tired), but I'm not getting stacked over the front foot, I'm not well balanced and I'm bending from the waist.
So what should I be doing to fix this?
PS this is, unfortunately, about the only split screen video I could show, on most rides I was positioned too far over to get on the webcam 🙄
