Hello,

Happy new year everyone.

Got some new footage from my last trip. Sad enough I still surf like a wooden plank. 😂 Well I think I doing a pet good for surfing 5 years. However I want to improve more. So please tell me what is ping wrong. Notice already the pop up my leg goes outside. On land I’m not doing that. Maybe because it take more time. Also I notice it last summer so still a bad habit that’s not out of my system yet. I do stand up more , but think it need to compress more. Any advise is welcome. Thank you.

Although I got improvements on my back side, still there is a lot more to improve. First time I could keep up with the wave this time and go up a bit. Think me back hand have to come more to the front. How can I go more up to 12 o’clock? Please tell me what I can do to improve more.

What is the best training to improve upper body movement?
Looking back at the video I notice that my upper body is not moving at all. Just standing on the board. Anything else I miss? Bending form the hips? Any advise is welcome.

Trying to focus on breathing and coffee cup.
I know it’s flat surfing. Waves were knee to thigh high. Surfing on a DHD Phoenix 5’8” 31.5L
Any advice is welcome.

Got a GoPro to film myself and it was a shock. Thought I was better than this.
First issue I found, is too tense, not blowing out. Second back hand is not coming to the front.
Felt very good on the wave.
Any advice please.
