What got you in to surfing? During 2nd big Covid Lockdown (November 2020) I went to check on my Mum in North Devon and never went home. Now her full time carer, I started surfing, initially for my own mental health and fitness, aged 56. Joined OMBE during The Pandemic and progressed from 9ft to 8ft and then a 7ft foamie. Now, June 2024, I'm on a 7ft 8 Ryan-Marco performance mini mal and a 6ft Mayhem Puddle Jumper - trying to perfect my rail game whilst fighting stubborn meniscus and rotator cuff injuries. Is this a sign of addiction? 🤔 🤪
