Offshore wind flipped my board back into my face. No damage to my board so carried on 🤪🤙

Try lying on a deck or raised bed with your feet and shins off the side

Looking good really smooth and relaxed now. What if you started with the backside turn first and finish with the turn you're most confident with?

Extend going up, compress going down 👍

Michiel van Gerven We're blessed with several breaks within 5 to 20 minutes of here. Saunton is great for beginners and logs and works best with an offshore breeze - as with all breaks - but it can get really messy with the normal Westerlies and Southerlies we get here. Around the headland is Croyde, a heavier beach break that barrels at low tide on bigger days. There's also a reef break and point break at Croyde. Puts is around the next headland and offers another great sheltered beach break when Saunton and Croyde are blown out from the Southerlies. Far end of Puts are Woolacombe, Barricane and Combesgate. All decent beach breaks on the right day.

Picture is Croyde Point last Friday 🤙
