The tile for this app is black, right? There’s a community app that’s green with a black wave (of sorts on it). That’s where a lot of the daily posting and questions are. It incorporates the free and paid community so it has a lot of people on there. You can find local groups to where you live and connect with other OMBE people, post videos for feedback, or just anything you want really.

Hey Jazmin

I agree with Cian, he is on the money there.

Using the OMBE ‘treasure map’ theory is also helpful. It’s not perfect because as Cian said waves behave differently at different times - bigger sets coming through, low to high tide - but as a general rule the treasure map is a good one.

Might I suggest posting this in the community app as there is a lot more engagement on there than in this community section.

I know that my pop up is rubbish - I use my knees to get up and therefore have a permanent indentation on the knee area. 😂

Have you got any footage of your pop up for us to see?

If you post this in the community app, you should get a lot more replies as there are more people using that app daily.

Hey Aida

I suffer with this on the regular! 😁

I try using a bigger board to get my confidence back, usually a foamie - they are the universal board of fun 🤩

I would suggest that you post this in the community app - I’m sure you will get a lot of responses on there as the is way more daily traffic

Good luck though

How was the feedback from the zoom?

can you see that sometimes when you are turning that the bosu doesn’t move? Is this because you are just moving your upper body and not connecting the upper and lower body together?

Also, sometimes I think that you are ‘sitting’ into the ‘turns’, by that I mean your weight goes backwards and you aren’t on your front foot. Trying keeping the hips more forward, maybe.

And keeps those arms and elbows up - you’ll get better balance and posture as a result.

Try posting this in the community app. It has more traffic and you should get more helpful feedback

It will be different for every board depending on size - you have to find the sweet spot. But don’t worry too much about the back foot, pay attention to where the front foot is - that’s where you should be getting the stability from, weight on your front foot. Your back foot will move around depending on what the board is doing - check out the professional surfers, their back foot is always moving.

Jenna Ghilain I think so but you could always message and see if there’s a waitlist in case anyone drops out

I like the google maps analogy - I’m guilty of just trying to get to the destination without enjoying the journey.
