I think swimming is recommended for paddle fitness - but you should be working your lats more, I think, as that’s where your power is coming from

You could check out surf strength coach. He has an app and programs specifically designed for the questions you are asking

The last zoom said that there will be one end of September or possibly beginning of October depending on availability of the guys

The Oreo only works if you are in the right place on the wave, i.e. the bus stop. If you are out on the shoulder then you will need to get your head down and paddle

When they announce the next zoom session, they will send out an email with dates and times. The email will also have the link for submitting your footage
