Stand taller and keep your head still. It wobbles makes the board unstable. Look up and try trim in the middle and relax

G is right. Your compression is killing speed. Improve your potential to get more be by getting back up to the top of the wave. Low and mid face is where you decelerate. Take a breather, relax and try to listen to the wave. Feel what it wants

Your line leaves no time and your board doesn’t fit. Do it wrong once and you aware of it. Do it wrong twice and you start to look for it. Then it becomes a habit.

Line 2 offers you time , and your board will fit. No need to rush the pop up. Choice is yours

Exhale the duration of the turn.

Slow your body down as you are twisting faster than the board can travel around the arc. Try syncing the turn

Feel the wave lift the tail. That’s the indicator. When it “talks” to you pick the best line where you board fits as well as gives you time to glide in and stand. Looking down is time poor and the result of a shitty line choice

At the end of the wave when you think it’s over you relax into the best posture and stance ie relaxed and taller. Prior to that you lock up into a survival stance , low and heavy. Fix this and everything else gets better

Soften your knees as you land in the white area and you will gain speed. You lock and loose energy here.
