You are all on the back leg and fall backwards with any forward acceleration. If you can relax you will be able to recognise nd feel acceleration and shift incrementally forwards to compensate. It’s a natural phase you’re progressing into but rushing faster robs enjoyment

Stand taller and keep your head still. It wobbles makes the board unstable. Look up and try trim in the middle and relax

G is right. Your compression is killing speed. Improve your potential to get more be by getting back up to the top of the wave. Low and mid face is where you decelerate. Take a breather, relax and try to listen to the wave. Feel what it wants

Your line leaves no time and your board doesn’t fit. Do it wrong once and you aware of it. Do it wrong twice and you start to look for it. Then it becomes a habit.

Line 2 offers you time , and your board will fit. No need to rush the pop up. Choice is yours

Exhale the duration of the turn.

Slow your body down as you are twisting faster than the board can travel around the arc. Try syncing the turn
