Flow is there but you are running away from the energy. More up and relax and drop down redoing a take off. Slow down and you will go faster

You extend too early. Trying to rush up from the flats. As the board rolls up create space for it and swing with it.

You rush the up down. There will be an up period then a pause as energy changes and gravity shifts pulling you down. You probably don’t feel this as you rush to timing is out.

The more speed you have the more drawn out the bottom turn. You put a lot of power into a pivot point and it’s costing you speed. Simply lean over the rail earlier and hold the turn longer. We just dropped a YT video on this. Go take it look as it addresses all the issues in more depth. Great looking wave. Jealous
