The swell is picking up now, and i try to bottom turn to aim for the more critical place, but then I think i rushed the top turn because i was scared, so the lips only hitted on me not on the board, is that maybe I should hold it longer for the bottom turn until the lip is going to hit the board? Or any tips or videos i should go to watch if aiming for a more powerful critical lips? Sorry only the photographer got the footage and no vidoe was captured ππ
Glad to be surfing in Indonesia everyday, making much more progress, ombe method really helped me a lot for building up in mind what I need to do(though maybe my body canβt follow it yet), any advice will be appreciated π
Stopped 3 weeks for surfing due to an injury, finally been back to water for a week. Want to ask for linking up the top turn, I think i am too late in dropping back to the wave? Or maybe I should try to kick the tail the pivot the board faster?
Progress update, practicing backside everyday lately. The problem is still the same, side on, too much weight on back foot, didnβt open the shoulder and look to the lip when trying to bottom turns. Shall i use surfskate to fix all the basic stances and posture or any other suggestions?
Just wondering will tutorial about floater be made in the program? Seems like floater is an important skill for intermediate or early advance to link up and ride a longer section?
