Sydney Wave Pool (intermediate session, second half), Couldn’t get my front foot at the right spot, and I was leaning way too much on my back foot and on and on...
Any tips on how to go from here? and what kinda exercises should I do?

Notice this in Pool sessions in the ocean this is less prominent. (Based on footages).
I am doing Bosu exercises standing and arching and paddling on it, at this stage I am hoping it will helps.
The pool where I practiced is more like slab type of waves. Sydney intermediate sessions the first part is easy, but at the second part I got jacked in and late take off with pooman.
Hi, Guys I am absolutely new here with OMBE, been surfing for a while but it's getting ridiculous. So I thought it's time to step up and make some improvements.
Had a few pool sessions recently and it was painful.
What do you guys think about pool vs ocean? If you would have a choice which would you take?
