Welcome back to the surf life. 😀

I have two Waldens: an epoxy and a glassed of the same model. No question I prefer the epoxy. Lighter, easier to paddle and handle. Zippier.

I’m grateful to live oceanfront in NY. Doesn’t mean I’m always in good surf though, 😀

John Kuras Jersey gets some really nice surf. We used to take day trips over by Deal before grandkids came along since they occupy our total weekend, Jersey gets way better surf than we do. Buuuttttt… moving to 4/3 wetsuit max is amazing! I can only hope! I tend to travel a bit to warmer spots in the winter. And a 3/2 is definitely warmer.

It’ll be interesting to see how all of these wave pools fare.

It would be nice if all of these wave pools help to thin-out the crownds a bit at all the destination surf spots! Looking forward to the opening.

That’s awesome. 👏 👏👏Can’t wait to check that out, too. There’s one that’s opening up by us. Crest on Long Island. They want $60,000 per person membership and then $1,200-$1,500 per month per person recurring fees. For that hubby and I can buy a place in CR and surf every day for free! Did I mention we have cold winters here in NY?

Anyone else have wave pools opening up by them?
