Thanks Clayton. So begs the question what is the purpose to your tail pad on your 6’10 mid? If it’s mostly front foot and using rail, what do you find is the reason for your pad on a bigger board?
So true. Yea no vertical in the pocket for me LOL. But i was thinking also more for awareness of where my back foot is and close it is to the tail without slipping off
Thoughts on adding a tail pad to a mid length? Just got a 7’ custom mid length that is geared a little more toward the performance side. So plan on doing more than just trimming down the line. But if we are mostly weighing to the front foot on our turns, does it make sense to still have a tail pad?
