I’m hoping someone in the OMBE community might be able to help me with a few questions regarding my OMBE Lifetime Membership, the OMBE app, and the upcoming 2027 Mentawai retreats.

I’ve tried contacting OMBE by email a few times, but unfortunately haven’t received a response, so I thought I’d ask the community in case anyone has experienced the same issues or has some information to share.

1. The OMBE Method

When I try to access The OMBE Method content (Trim Lines, High Lines, Turn Lines and Vertical Lines), I get a message saying that I don’t have access and inviting me to purchase a membership.

As a Lifetime Member, I was expecting to have access to this content. Has anyone else experienced this, or knows how to resolve it?

2. Monthly Challenges

I also can’t seem to find the Monthly Challenge content within the app. Could someone point me in the right direction?

3. 2027 Mentawai Retreats

I submitted the waitlist form for the upcoming 2027 Mentawai retreats on 3 July 2026, but I didn’t receive any confirmation after submitting it.

I’d therefore really appreciate it if anyone could share their experience:

Has anyone else submitted the 2027 Mentawai retreat waitlist form and received a confirmation email?

Has anyone received any further information about the 2027 Mentawai retreats, such as possible dates, availability, or when more details are expected?

I’m based in Portugal, so having some information in advance would really help me plan flights and time off work.

I’d really appreciate any help or guidance from the community. 🙏

Has anyone had difficulty getting a reply to emails sent to OMBE recently? I first emailed them in late April with a few questions, then followed up again in mid-June, but I still haven’t received a response.

Did you contact them via hi@ombe.co or help@ombe.co, or did you use a different email address?
