Ian Warren in the community app, there is a section for ā€˜eventsā€™. Once the zoom sessions (there are two - one for Europe time zones and one for USA time zones) are scheduled, they will be posted in there. Recently, an email has been sent out with all the info, including the link to submit footage, so keep an eye out for that. (It usually comes from Luke@ombe.co I think)

If you mark yourself as ā€˜goingā€™ in the event section, it usually sends you a reminder notification that itā€™s starting about half an hour beforehand.

The training app is for, well, training! It like a catalogue of all the programs and previous zoom sessions in one place.

The community app is a place to ask questions and post footage if you are looking for general feedback from everyone. Say you are surfing today and you get film of it but you canā€™t wait until the zoom which is three weeks away - post it in the app. You will usually get responses pretty quickly and can get back out tomorrow and work on your surfing.

Hey Ian

Why donā€™t you send in some footage of yourself surfing to the next zoom session? That way, youā€™ll get a ton of feedback and can ask Clay any questions that you have.

From personal experience, itā€™s a worthwhile thing to do

Chris Genau this is the training app. Thereā€™s another one dedicated to community. Itā€™s where people post their surfing videos for feedback and ask any questions (itā€™s a greenntile instead of a black one in the App Store).

Hey Jason,

I canā€™t help you with any tips for your trip but you might get some good feedback if you post in the memebrs community app (green tile). It has a lot more engagement than this section.

Have you checked out the communities section of the members app? There are groups there designed just for this

Yes, Tessa. Starting the journey with good fundamentals will make you progress so much easier. Iā€™m so stoked for you, knowing all the great fun that is in your future now that you are surfing

Clay always says ā€œslow is smooth and smooth is fastā€. Slow it right down, as slow as you can and feel what your body is doing - will it do something differently if you ask it to?

The surf strength coach has a program for the pop up over 6 weeks, including all the movements and stretching to get you body where you want it. You could also look up hydromind on instagram, he has some drills for pop up efficiency

Have you got video of your pop up? Might make it easier to help

Work hard to get it right and never think about it again.

Good luck

Grant Gary it might be best to use the community app - Iā€™ve had problems with the community section in the training app too.
