Hey John, your best option would be to find another skate park. The only way to improve is by practising the right technique. 

Hello Tom, Im not sure what you are referring to. Would you be able to be more specific? Ant is not ins this video at all.

It seems you have a mobility issue. loads of stretching and practice. 

Hey Sylvain, I'm not sure what you mean by "compressing down" Ant is always standing up on the video.

These kinds of details are a personal preference. If you feel like putting your feet flat do it, if you feel more comfortable with your toes use your toes. I've known people who for flexibility limitations can't put their foot flat and they still surf insanely well. 

Don't get caught up in the tiny details, try to get a grasp of the bigger picture. This drill is about you getting more on your front foot.
