Feedback on my surfing please. I wanna get better. Iβd say this is a typical representation of where Iβm at.
Beginner first time doing wave pool cruiser, any feedback is appreciated, thanks so much

Iβm looking for some pointers to improve my form, speed generation and top turn.
I went to the wave pool for the first time (intermediate setting). I felt good and thought was doing really well until I saw the footage and found that I donβt surf the way I think I do!Β
I know I still have a lot work on but I donβt know what to focus on. Any advice would be appreciated!
Can someone please help me get in touch with the OMBE Team? I've been emailing for 2 weeks with no reply. I've booked into a surf lab but need to withdraw. None of my emails to surflab@ombe.co or hi@ombe.co have elicited a response. Grateful if someone could help me get in touch with the team.Β
Frustrating fun ! In search of help about paddling into waves at the Sydney wave pool. In advanced turns and the tail end of intermediate the draw of the wave results in a wave upon a wave when paddling in. I am catching the top wave (not the bottom one). This creates a step in the wave that I hit then go cartwheeling over the falls. Hopefully the pictures demonstrate this. Am paddling hard, am trying to sit on the right markers. However seem to be failing on 40% of the waves I catch in exactly the same way. Hopefully someone who has experienced this scenario and has a fix is able to share the learnings. Thanks in advance.
