OK I get it now. I see the visualization. The technique works well for me. What do you think of the method where you lean forward at first to get the board in a downward angle?

Can someone tell me why it's called the "Oreo biscuit/cookie" technique for catching waves?
I think it works great and use it myself. I just don't understand the name/connection to the Oreo
