Hi Roxy my Bosu looks the same as yours. I don’t know how to find it on the OMBE site but if you google Bosu Surfer you’ll find Clayton doing some tutes. I found my Bosu really slippery to stand on barefooted, tried sanding the base no better so went to the hardware and got some grip tape. I have no idea how you are going to get your foot up from what I see in the video sorry

Hello Brian I’m Libby, new to OMBE and indeed to social media this year so I am still finding my way. I actually did post 2 videos this week. I can’t tell what community you are in but my video’s are in the private one. So, where are all your videos. If you want a laugh I can download the video of me trying to Surfskate this afternoon, always a terrifying experience.

Thanks Graham. I have been a bit confused about my feet actually, or should I say my rear foot. But yes at times especially as I fatigue, my knee drags in the water on its way up. Thanks for the positive feedback - Libby

Hi Michiel thank you for the time you have taken to help me get my video up and running here. My son has also suggested I get up quicker. Yes the board was the wrong one to use in this situation. It is a JSI Xero 5"8' 28ltr.

I should have taken my JSI Sub Xero 5'10" 37ltr. 

Thank you for the information about getting up in the trough though. I hadn't noticed that. Gliding across was intentional as I found it was the only way to stay ahead of the white wash on that little board.

In regard to Bali. Three foot is about my limit so long as the face isn't steep. Gentle rolling waves are my favourite if that is possible and at this stage I am concentrating on travelling right.

Hi Maria, nice to here from you and thank you for your politeness regarding the video's. While they are nothing to brag about, for me they are a starting point. But it is irritating watching yourself make the same mistakes every wave, but actually I have learnt a lot from them. Especially about my pooman stance. I wondered why I am bending from the hip rather than the knee's, when I do squats all the time at the gym. I realise that I always try to do full range of motion squats. All the way down and all the way up. But I have never mixed the depth of them up so I have started doing so. It hurts! The best thing about looking crap for me is it makes me more determined to improve. Hope you are doing well and your hip is improving

Michiel van Gerven I did what Graham said. I went to youtube and found I had a page there that already had a video I had made there some years ago. So I followed the instructions. I worked out how to use Apple iMovie and I downloaded that to YT
