Hi all, Any thoughts on the best surf forecast online for East Anglia (UK)? I used to use Magic Seaweed and it was pretty good, but when it moved over to Surfline the forecast never seems to be that close to actual conditions.

Been trying the Bosu surfing. Looking at the video I'm not sure my range of motions are in line with the surf movements including coffee cup. Can anyone give me some feedback on the video? Cheers, Mark
