I just realized I wasn’t bringing my hips up high enough from the big triangle. That makes all the difference! Seems like I have enough mobility after all
I’m having trouble bringing my back foot forward enough so that it lands under my hips. Lack of mobility it feels like. Do you have any drills to work on this?
