Need some help :)
Ombe are doing a breath enhancement course with these guys. They are the people who helped coach Mick Fanning to a world title. It’s on the 14th Feb on the Gold Coast. Only 5 more spots available
Anybody in the NYC area that wants to meet up? I’ve been following OMBE for a while and have made great strides to my surfing (Thanks Clayton!). I usually surf by myself and would love to share the stoke with more people! Leave a comment here or hit me up on ig (@brianyin). Just looking for someone to surf/surf skate together or just hangout and talk about surfing! Sharing a wave of me doing a top turn for the first time!
Doing the beginner pathway and focusing on the walk up. Still very unstable. Putting a rolled blanket under the board really forces me to slow down. It gives me instant feedback on how the weight is distributed on the board while walking up. I hope this will help me maximize my oereo game 😁
Are you noticing anything I can fix right away before I start repeating the drill in the coming weeks?
Hi everyone! Been surfing for 10 years now and have gotten in a weird funk where every surf session I catch maybe 1-3 waves max. Never seem to be in tune with the ocean. I’ve tried to take a break of 2 weeks to a month, positive head space, different boards, different waves you name it haha but everytime I go out I seem to still not be able to turn on and catch more than a few waves. It’s been 5 months and I’m starting to feel like surfing isn’t fun anymore. Any tips?
Wearout of wetsuit Neoprene at Knee (Front foot)
Do any of you ever have an issue with the knee wearing out on your wetsuits? Specifically the front foot knee Neoprene? This could be something I am doing wrong with my pop up but I can't see a solution when your knees have to touch the board to push upwards.
Would be interesting to see if anyone has this issue also.
Hey guys!! Hope you are well. I'm surfing smaller boards now, and I feel that sometimes I get lost with the perfect timing to catch the green wave. Sometimes I feel more confident to catch it when it's breaking a bit than when it's not. It's probably just a matter of getting used to it. I would like to know some tips on how I can anticipate and be sure that it won't be a hollow/ empty wave or "eat me" by catching it too late. Thank you so much!!!
