You look great Rohan. I have been practising (in my head) that turn back to the froth. I imagine my left hand/arm being in a right angle, the bicep being sort of level with the shoulder and the hand pointing upward. I also imagine it is easier said than done. In reality, to turn left, well let's just say, it doesn't look pretty. You are going great.

Thanks Rohan that makes perfect sense. I haven't really visualised what my right arm will be doing but yes time to include it in my mind practise. The idea of reaching out to grab the foam is a great way to describe what to do and a good idea to practice reaching around on land. I know a good twisting exercise that might help too. Stand back to a wall, put your left arm in whatever position you want it to be in and reach around as far as you can with the right side of the body. Might even put some tape on the wall as a marking gauge. Cool thanks again Rohan, looking forward to your next video.
